The Women’s Wellness Retreat is designed specifically for pregnant and post-partum women who want to feel confident, supported, and empowered in their bodies while staying active.

Pregnancy and motherhood bring significant physical and mental changes. This retreat aims to provide education, practical tools, and a supportive community to help women train safely during pregnancy and return to fitness after birth with confidence.

Through expert-led sessions, movement, education, and mindfulness, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to support their bodies through strength training, recovery, and proper supplementation.

Retreat Experience

11.00am Welcome & Connection

An opening session introducing the goals of the retreat and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for attendees.

11.30am Pre & Postpartum Fitness Training

A practical session demonstrating:

· Safe strength training during pregnancy

· Core and pelvic floor considerations

· Rebuilding strength postpartum

· Scaling workouts based on stage of pregnancy or recovery

· How to train confidently without fear

Participants will take part in a guided movement session that demonstrates these principles in action.

1.00pm Community Lunch & Connection

A relaxed break with nourishing food, allowing attendees to connect, share experiences, and build relationships with other mothers in the community.

1.45pm Strength Training Benefits & Q&A

Following the practical session, there will be an open discussion highlighting the wide-ranging benefits of strength training for pre and postpartum women.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share their experiences, and seek guidance on tailoring strength training to their individual needs and circumstances. This interactive session aims to ensure everyone feels equipped and confident to incorporate strength training safely into their wellness routines.

2.45pm Break & Refreshments

3.00pm Supplementation & Recovery Talk

An educational talk discussing key supplements that support women’s health and performance, including:

· Creatine and its benefits for strength, recovery, and brain health

· Nutritional considerations for pregnancy and postpartum recovery

· Hydration and energy support for active mothers

This session will focus on evidence-based information so women can make informed decisions about supporting their health.

4.00pm Breathwork & Meditation

The retreat will close with a guided breathwork and meditation session, designed to:

· Reduce stress and anxiety

· Support nervous system regulation

· Encourage deeper connection with the body

· Provide tools women can use in everyday life

· Saunas will be available after the meditation
