BuildLab Focuses on building & developing strength in patterns that are used in your everyday life. The training involves Compound lifts, and Gymnastics while utilising equipment such as Barbells, Dumbbells, Kettlebells and more.
BuildLab training is the type of exercise class that is great for building and maintaining a foundation that anyone can benefit from.
ENDUROLAB is designed around Energy System Training (EST).
EST is a training methodology by which people do various levels of work to try and increase the overall ability to complete work (in this case the ERGS or running).
EST is proven to be effective in building ones ability to continue to output power over longer durations of time via repeatable intervals.

A two hour class, dedicated to bettering your ability and understanding of our sport HYROX.
HYROX is a fitness competition that combines 8km of running and eight functional workout stations. It is an indoor hybrid fitness racing event that alternates running with functional exercises. It bills itself as 'The World Services of Fitness Racing' and ' A sport for Everybody'
A coached running session that is a structured workout designed to help runners improve their technique, endurance and overall fitness.
Providing guidance on form, pacing, and breathing techniques, while also offering tailored drills and workouts to target specific goals.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced runner, a MILES coach will provide real-time feedback to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury. MILES fosters a motivating and supportive environment.
Our progressive approach not only challenges but nurtures, creating an environment where you’re encouraged to not only discover but to surpass your potential.

BUILD develops strength through fundamental movement patterns used in everyday life.
Sessions focus on compound lifts and gymnastic elements, utilising barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight training to create well-rounded, funcational strength.
This is where foundations are built and maintained, a class designed to make anyone stronger, more capable and more resilient.

BUILD X develops strength through loaded, funcational movement using sleds, sandbags, powerbags, kettlebells and dumbbells.
Sessions centre around fundamnetials of hybrid performance pushing, pullin, carrying and holiding, building real-world strength that transfers directly to the everyday and to race demands.
This is where you sharpen the tools required for the stations you'll face in hybrid competition, while building a durable, adaptable foundation.

ENDURO is build around Energy System Training ( EST ).
EST develops your ability to produce and sustain work across different intensities. Through structured intervals on the ergs and in running, we progressively increase your capacity to perform.
This methodology is proven to improve repeatable power output over longer durations, building engines that don't fade.
Expect controlled intensity, puriposeful pacing, and the kind of work that expands your ceiling.
7-9am - PRO WEIGHT
