Experience an afternoon dedicated to nurturing your body, mind, and spirit at the Women's wellness retreat. At this retreat we delve into Sacral and pelvic health, in which you will discover holistic, restorative techniques that will help to create a stable foundation, reducing pain and inflammation, calm your nervous system, discuss how to balance cortisol levels. These techniques will help to restore cohesion to your body and mind.

Anna is dedicated to restoring and enhancing confidence, function and connection with your body, throughout major turning points such as menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause and so much more. The focus is on the work of your pelvis and pelvic organs – bladder, bowel, sexual and core health, so you can easily move through varies stages of life.

An overview of the first of the seven chakras, known as the Base Chakra, which is associated with grounding, security, and stability. This session includes a guided meditation aimed at promoting relaxation, reducing tension, and supporting mental clarity. The meditative practice is intended to encourage a sense of calm.

Sauna Session

Complete your retreat with the cleansing warmth of a sauna session. As the heat envelops you, feel toxins melt away and muscles unwind, leaving you with a profound sense of relaxation and renewal.
