This Hyrox training camp is led by some of the very best in the sport.

Beau Wills, Chas Clark, Harry Hall, Nicola Macbeth, Ruby Barners and Deb Fuller.

Teaching those who are interested or are currently competing in Hyrox about:

  • Nutrition
  • Movement efficiency
  • Race Strategy
  • Performance Optimization

The seminar will focus on preparing athletes for the specific challenges of a Hyrox event and training.

Camp Outline

Friday
  • 2.30-3.30pm. Check in
  • 3.30 -4.30pm. Welcomes
  • 4.30-6pm. Session One - Threshold
  • 7pm - Dinner - $5 slices at Lloyds

Saturday
  • 6.30am. Session Two - Zone Two
  • 9am. Session Three - Strength
  • 11am. Seminar One - Performance
  • 1.30pm. Session Four - Running
  • 4pm. Seminar Two - Nutrition
  • 5.30pm Session Five - Breathe and Stretch

Sunday
  • 7-9am. Sunday Service( Pro weight )
  • 9-11am. Sunday Service (Open weight )
  • 11.30am. Seminar Three. Race stragegy + Q&A
  • 1pm - Wrap up
